New York Cheesecake for Rudy & Fish

This decadent, rich and velvety New York Cheesecake had been ordered by my long time friends from UiTM; hubby and wife team, Rudy and Fish. They made their own strawberry sauce to go with the cake and I'm happy to know that they have enjoyed it :)

Thanks Rudy and Fish! And Happy Birthday, Una and Anis.

It's a pity the photo is without the strawberry sauce...must have looked yummy with it

Cupcakes for 'hantaran'

I had made these Red Velvet Cupcakes for my colleague's sister-in-law's 'hantaran'. She also ordered some for her own family to eat.

Thanks so much, An, for your advice, support and trust! *hugs*

Red Velvet Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

An provided the box, so my job was to present the cake the way I see fit. It's a pity I could not squeeze in 12 cupcakes

Cupcakes with single letters decoration

Fatiah and Yuz again ordered from me these cupcakes and I feel so blessed for their support :) Actually, they had wanted for the name to be written individually on each cupcake but as the instruction was passed down through a few people, it was lost in translation. I feel so bad when I got to know it but kind as they were, Fatiah and Yuz accepted the cupcakes anyway. Thanks babes :)

Liyana & Rafael...reminds me of Rafael Nadal!

Banana Walnut Cupcake for Kasthuri

This was done way back for Deepavali this year. Every year without fail, my ex-colleague would invite us a few friends to her house for the celebration and prepared for us a delicious meal. Teamed with her family's hospitality, we cherish the visit to her house all the time. For her kindness, I thought I should reciprocate and hence I made these for her family...thank you, Kasthuri :)

Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Buttercream

I had the pleasure of making this cake for my sister's colleague; it was for her little niece's 2nd birthday. I choose the edible sugar sheet's image because I thought 'Marie' from Disney's Aristocats is one fine little lady :)

Happy birthday, Sumayyah!

Cupcakes ordered by Izyan & Fatiah

This should have been posted so long ago as I had received this order way back in October. Thank you Izyan and her sis in law, Fatiah, for having faith in me when I had just started off this small scale business. Their order had been the biggest ever since I started the business just in the previous month and I can't thank you enough :)

Chocolate, Carrot Walnut, Red Velvet and Vanilla cupcakes with the theme colours,  white and red (the colours  are off the mark...). Anyway, same design and colours so whatever you'll get is a mystery before the first bite :)

Cupcakes for 'merisik' entourage

In the Malay culture, when a guy is intent on marrying a girl, he would send forth an entourage consisting of his parents and family elders to the girl's house to officially inquire if the girl is in/off the market. The ceremony is called 'merisik' and 3 weeks ago, my family had done just that on behalf of my brother :) My mum thought that it would be nice to have a box of cupcakes to accompany the ring (if the girl's family agrees to it, the ring would be given to the girl to signify that she's off the market to other men out there) and here's the outcome...

Vanilla cupcakes with buttercream and gum paste flowers

I just love the colours from Wilton. This one is Daffodil Yellow :)

There you go, packed and all...

Just one more snap...can't resist! It's simple but that's what I like about it :)
Oh, by the way, we were received favourably and InsyaAllah my brother with be engaged to his sweetheart on this coming 25th :)
