Terms & Pricing

A. Note:

1. I love cakes to bits and believe that good cakes are made with the best quality ingredients. I strive to serve my customers with only the best, hence you can be sure that the ingredients that goes into my products are fresh and of good quality.
2. The buttercream frosting on my cakes and cupcakes are Italian Meringue Buttercream; it is light, creamy, has a smooth texture and is less sweet
3. I use pure, homemade vanilla extract in all my cakes.
4. The cakes and cupcakes I sell have dairy ingredients in it, therefore it must be refrigerated to maintain freshness and are best eaten within 5 days of purchase (the sooner, the better!)

 

B. Terms:

1. To order, kindly email or SMS me at 0129893200 and provide the following details;
   - Name
   - Contact number
   - Type of order
   - Quantity
   - Date required
   - Special request
2. Kindly place your order at least 3 days in advance of the pick up date. For large quantity order (e.g. 100pcs or more cupcakes), kindly provide me 1 week's notice
3. Payment is to be made by cash to my Maybank account (A/C #: 164182417414) two (2) days prior to the pick up date
4. An order is considered confirmed upon the receipt of full payment
5. Order must be self picked up from my home or strategic meeting points in Putrajaya (Alamanda Putrajaya or any fuel station within Putrajaya)
6. I may be able to deliver the cakes, however it is restricted to after 8:00pm (weekdays) and weekends only. Delivery charge starts from RM20; depending on delivery location.

C. Pricing:

1. Cupcakes are all priced at MYR 45.00 per box of 12pcs (2.5" or 6.5cm diameter cups)
2. Minimum order for cupcakes is 12pcs of a single flavour
3. Cakes pricing is for the size stated below; for custom sizes or shapes, kindly contact me for discussion and pricing
4. For cupcake purchase, it will come in a white box with window and 12pcs cupcake holder while for cake purchase, it will come in either a white square box with cake board or clear round plastic container with cake board
5. Basic decoration such as piped buttercream design and sprinkles is included in the price. For custom decoration request, kindly contact me for discussion and pricing
6. Novelty shaped cakes using Wilton's shaped pans are available and kindly inquire for the shapes available
7. Sheet cake (single layer or double layers) of variable size and flavour is available for order. Sizes available:

• 10" x 14" rectangle --> From MYR 140
• 14" x 20" rectangle --> From MYR 300
• 12" x 12" square --> From MYR 140
• 14" x 14" square --> From 180
• 16" x 16" square --> From 250
• 18" x 18" square --> From 350
